Free Blog Buttons - Silver German Glass Glitter

I've had some requests lately for blog buttons, so here ya go! I made this set using silver German glass glitter and used the shape of a vintage dog tag. There are 7 here ready for you to use as they are including, about, categories, email, etsy, family, follow and links. I made a blank one as well so that you can make your own tags, with the font and wording of your choice. These have a white border around them and will probably look the best up against white, or possibly with pastels. You could also print these and cut them out for scrapbooking or collage!

In order to save these, just right click on each button image and then select "Save As" to save it to your computer. Make a note of where you saved it, so you don't lose it!

Thanks for stopping by!

  8. Okay, I need some help. How do I use these on my sidebar and have it link to something? AND/OR how do I have it as a title with a list under it? THanks!

  9. Hi Annette,
I think the header is a great idea, I will try to work on that soon!
As far as using these in your sidebar, just add them as a gadget (select the one for "picture" it has a green tree next to it). To use it as a title, just place it above your list. To use it as a link, just select the "link" option at the same time you are adding your picture, you will need to enter the address of where you want it to link too. I hope this helps!

  12. I need to know how to "grab my button" and create a "button"...can you help me?

  13. Hi Carmen,
If you google it, you should be able to find a couple of good tutorials online, on how to write the code for someone to grab your button. It's too complicated to explain here, and to be honest the last time I did this for my own blog, I messed it up! So you probably don't want me to teach that to you!

  15. Hi Karen - love these buttons - thanks so much! I also linked to your site on my blog www.southerncharmcottage.blogspot.com. How do you add text to the blank button that you provided?

  16. Hi Stephanie,
I'm glad you like the buttons! You would need photo editing software, like Photoshop, in order to add your own text. If you have Photoshop Elements, you can just follow the same instructions found on the "add a title to your header" video, found on my blog, in the "Super Simple Tip" section.
