Free Blog Header - Spooky Crow

Here is a spooky banner or header that I made for to you use for Halloween or for everyday. This one features an antique image of a Crow, some old newspaper and a crackle effect. This one is sized for a 3 column blog .

This header was made to match the background found Here.

Make sure you click on the banner to bring up the largest size before saving to your computer, then just add your blog name and you are all set! (If you need instructions for adding your blog name click Here)

You can also use this image for digital scrapbooking, collage or as a fun label!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Karen,
I love all your headers and wallpapers, they're beautiful.
Can you tell me the name of the template most suitable to use.
I am using one called minima, but can't get your side colums to work.
Is there a template with 3 columns? I'm not sure which one that is,xx

Thank you for your comments about how to apply backgrounds. I must ask my daughter to see if she can make my blog into a 3 column type xx

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I love this header and wall paper. I was going to ask you the same question talulahblue asked. I know your busy but, if you ever have the time would you mind to shoot me the same response you gave her. Thanks again!!!

Karen I've done it!!!
At last I managed to install one of your gorgeous backgrounds !

Hi Embellish,
Thanks for stopping by blog. I tried to leave you a comment on yours, but Blogger is acting funky today! I'm glad you like this background and header. If you just change your blogger template to the "standard minima" template it will fit just fine. You are currently using the "stretch minima" template.
I hope this helps!

Karen! I love this template. However, when I clicked the link to get the background, I got the roses one..not the one that goes with the crow. Can you change it so I can get the right one? Thanks a bunch!!!

O.K. I'm full of questions.........

1. if I use blogger can I use only the files made for it?

2. If I do this and my blog looks crazy can I change back?

3. Just a fact...I know just enough about computers to be very dangrous.

Hi Lola,
Can you clarify question #1 please? I'm not sure which files you are referring to. As for #2, yes you can just remove the code and the background will go away. I have more information and troubleshooting tips in my "help" section. You may want to read through those as well.
I hope this helps!

HI Karen, I love your designs! I've added them to my site, but I can't seem to manage the following...

"... then just add your blog name and you are all set!"

I'd like to add my blog title to the tag on the bird header, but is there something I'm missing in order to add this?

Thanks, Ally

Karen- The Graphics Fairy said...

Hi Ally,
I've just added a tutorial on my blog, about how to do this in an easy basic kind of way. I will be doing a second tutorial at some point, that shows how to do this with more control, using a photo editing program.

where is the code??

Karen- The Graphics Fairy said...

Hi My Sorority,
There's no code necessary for this header, just follow the instructions to add it to your blog. If your looking for the matching background, that's in a different post, there is a link to it in this post, it's in blue letters.

Love your work! Many thanks! The only problem is, I can't seem to get it to work on blogger. I get a blank backgriund instead. Any suggestions? I am new at this. My blog is http://dorothyarnoldsplace.blogspot.com/

Karen- The Graphics Fairy said...

Hi Dorothy,
I can see the crowns background on your blog just fine! If you can't see it, that probably means you need to reset your computer screen as it is probably cutting off the edges of the background.
I hope this helps!

Hi Karen. I'm not sure why, and I've looked at it on tow comuters, I can't see a thing. It looks like a blank white background to me. It's not cut off, just not there. LOL

Hi Dorothy,
It's definitely there, I can see it! I just checked again and now you have the aqua script one up and it looks perfect. If you give me your email I can send you a screen shot of it, so you can see yourself.
