More free Blog Backgrounds!! Today's background is the 3 column version of the Antique Sheet Music & Flourishes lay out that I posted a couple of days ago.

Please keep in mind this is made for an existing 3 column blog, and will not turn your blog into a 3 column blog.

This free background was made to be used on a Blogger blog using the Minima template.

1)Make sure you are logged in and then click "Customize" at the top of your blog.
2)Click on "Add A Gadget"
3)Scroll down the box and click on "Html/Javascript"
4)In the "Content Box" cut and paste the Html code posted below.
5)Click "Save" and you are done!

<style type="text/css">body {background-image: url(""); background-position: center; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed; }</style><div id="tag" style="position:absolute; left:10px; top:30px; z-index:50;width:172px; height:51px;"><a href="" target="_blank"><img

  1. Hi Karen~ ~
Your new blog backgrounds are stunning. I think people identify with a blog and background after you have had it for awhile so I hesitate to change it. It would be fun to know what others think on this subject, wouldn't it?

  2. Karen..I really love this one...gorgeous!

  3. Just Beautiful - suited my blog perfectly

  4. I think you're right Ahrisha, I have the same hesitation.

  5. Hi Ahrisha & Minky,
Some people change their backgrounds constantly, others will stick with one forever, and then there are some that like to change out just for the seasons. I do know what you mean about the "identity" thing, but I think if you keep the same banner or logo, you can make changes to your background from time to time.

  6. Thank you so much for this Freebie. I want to let you know that I posted a link to your blog in CBH Digital Scrapbooking Freebies, under the Page 1 post on Feb. 17, 2010. Thanks again.

  13. Hi Karen...
I used this beautiful background for my blog.
The problem is that i did it as a jpeg, Cause i'm not able to cut and paste and i don't know why.
My regret is that i'm not able to let anyone see that the background i use comes from this website, as i already did.
    What can i do?
