This is a new version of a similar background that I made a couple of years ago. I'm re-releasing it for the New Templates. Just like the original, I made this one using an old Rose print and a French soap label. I distressed it and gave it some grunge to give it a time worn look.
This one works best with Bloggers "Picture Window" Template.

I love this background! I tried to put it on my blog, but it looked "off." Is Picture Window the best template to use with this? I followed your directons, but things weren't centered, etc.
