This is a sweet little Background that I made this morning. I added some pretty Scrolls and a couple of Wire Dress Forms to an Old Paper Background. A nice one to use if your blog is about Crafting, Sewing, or anything Vintage!
This one works best with Bloggers "Picture Window" Template.
